Summer on!

Freedom! Now I understand why it was such a big deal for Django and Broomhilda to be free. OK, maybe I'm not a sold off slave. my wife isn't trade for a cruel plantation owner (Leo!) and I don't have to rescue her while pretending that I want to buy slaves to let her be free but it still feels good to be able to do whatever I want whenever I want (btw if you haven't seen Django Unchained you need to catch up this summer- I swear that's the best movie I've ever seen) . Finally my business or accounting problems are replaced with the ice cream flavors decisions-making problems, the fact that I don't know any of the lyrics to the new Beyoncé songs and I'm going for her concert within a month (still need to watch Lemonade) or what clothes I should spend my money on haha. On Friday I went for barbecue with friends, yesterday I visited Irish Museum of Modern Art and my favorite restaurant Union8 and today I went for window shopping (sales soon!). Feels quite surreal that the summer is already here while having in mind that I have no serious vacation plans yet... Tomorrow I'll need to pack for my trip to Warsaw as I'm leaving on Wednesday and make a to-do summer edition list and prepare a lot of posts as I'm not sure if my laptop in Poland will be capable to open any other website than google ;)

Upstairs you can see an obese person in action- ready to eat duck and fish of the day and the prettiest painting in IMMA called "The Forrest Edge" by Elizabeth Magill.

Scallops at Union8

Magnum corner at Arnotts

Window shopping in Zara, craving for off shoulder tops (idk what's wrong with my pelvic bone...)

Near my mum's office, reminds me of Wilanów

Cute art books in the museum's shop

One of my favorite paintings by Yeast

"The organic nature"

The exhibitions were really...odd. Pigs at butchers, penises or human's eyes are only a few examples of the "great" art.

Although there were some nice pieces of art as well ;)

Chanel beauties at Debenhams

Magnum ice cream -the best shopping break. Mine was with rose petals, dried strawberries and loaaads of chocolate. If anyone knows why there are no benches in the streets of Dublin, please let me know (it's kind of difficult to eat these ice cream without a place to sit especially for such a pig like me).

May

Let's take a short break from Italy and return to Dublin. These past two weeks were pretty stressful and the worst part is yet to come(exams, exams) so while I'm writing this post I should probably study instead. My dreams are taking me to the beach but the brain(and ambition) says: accounting, business and home economics. One week left, I will survive! On Friday I took a break from studying and went for food(where else could I go?)  and Saturday was one of those days which you want to forget about. However, today I've made the healthiest grocery shopping and a workout within carrying them uphill, I cleaned the house and prepared energy balls (so good, banana bread replacement). Today the weather couldn't be better -I opened the window and as I live 2 minutes from Croke Park I'm able to hear all of the lyrics of Bruce Springsteen's songs- don't know the guy but I guess I'm the only one. Speaking about concerts- yesterday I was checking who else is going to play in Croke Park in summer and guess what...It's Beyoncé!!! Yes, Queen B will slay two minutes from my house sooo...I can't miss it. Hopefully I'll buy the tickets. And there's still Rihanna's concert in August- can't wait for the biggest queen of entire universe.

Upstairs you can see the last blooming photos this year, unsuccessful attempt of preparing acai bowl and marble table kind of situation in Starbucks (happy Frappuccino hours are my favorite hours).

Cosstores in BT2

From H&M...

...to Chanel.

Falafel plate at Dockland's Festival. Do you remember the scene from Scooby Doo when Shaggy eats the whole jalapeno pepper, his face is red like a tomato and then he run to drink litres and litres of water? That was me, two weeks ago when I was stupid enough to think that it was just a regular pepper.

That Fresh shop in Docklands is one of the reasons why I want to move there. I even don't mind the fact that the food is twice as expensive as in a normal shop, I mean who cares if you have such a nice package haha.

My obsession for Innocent is endless.

Arnotts goodies

Brownies and green smoothies in Counter Culture (ok, I crossed the limit whit brightness, you can't even see its real color). I think the waitress wanted to kill me and my friend for ordering only four things, sorry not sorry.

Typical Dublin house (maybe a little bit prettier than a typical one)

Brownies at The Lovely Co were too good

One of the designer vintage shops where I bought a marble case

Modern buildings in Grand Canal Dock and the location of the famous Fresh haha.

Night walks near Croke Park

Umbrellas street and Powerscourt view

Magnum opening at Henry Street (need to check it out) and modern, minimalistic vibes at Grand Canal Dock.

Finally skinny ;))

On my way to the Hungarian picnic (I've tried langos for the first time).

Now, who's going to tell me that it's a coincidence? Yes, those cups are standing behind the glass and no, I didn't place them there. And look, it even says "Paulina", a polish, original version of my name and they have exactly the same type of smile. If Starbacks is not a real proof of our future relationship with Leonardo, then I don't know what else will be.
